In the Professional Agile Leadership™ – Evidence-Based Management (PAL-EBM) one day* course, participants learn what EBM is and how to apply it through hands-on, activity based learning. Evidence-Based Management™ (EBM) framework which is an Agile approach to help leaders guide their teams toward continuously improving customer outcomes, organizational capabilities, and business results.

Learning Objectives

All participants completing the Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills assessment. PSFS class participants who attempt the PSFS assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.

Professional Scrum Certification

All participants completing Professional Agile Leadership-Evidence Based Management(PAL-EBM) Skills
course will receive:

  • One free attempt at the PAL-EBM assessment (a saving of $250)
  • A second free attempt (if you try, and fail to meet the 85% passing mark within 14 days of the class finishing). If you pass on the first attempt, why you need to take another attempt 🙂
  • You will receive free access to our E-learning courses
  • You will receive free access to our PAL-EBM practice assessments
  • 7 PDUs that can be used to evidence your continued learning
    requirement for the Project Management Institute (PMI)
  • Certification are valid for life-time, there is no need for renewal unlike other providers
